Trey came in and replaced our refrigerator door as our ice maker and water dispenser were not working correctly. He came during the time that they said he would (he didn’t make us wait) and made quick work of replacing our door. He was forthcoming about getting us the best deal possible for replacing our door as well as honest about potential issues we’d have with our fridge moving forward. He was very respectful to me and my fiance. I would recommend their service in a heart beat!
The Diamond technician was very knowledgeable and explained and documented everything clearly before fixing the problem with a defective pump and tub for a dishwasher. I can’t imagine how he could have handled it better and I appreciate the excellent service.

Having read these reviews, I was quite concerned about having this company come out to fix my fridge. Considering they were the only company on the Whirlpool site, I felt I had no other choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Austin showed up to work on our fridge. He called ahead to make sure I was ready, he was actually on time (unlike most service technicians), he got right to work, diagnosed our issue and went straight to fixing it after letting us know the price. Very happy with the results and happy to have our fridge fixed. Thank you, Austin!

Diamond was simply outstanding. The technician came prepared with the correct part to replace the defective one on my range. He was extremely professional, quick, and polite. The technician called me thirty minutes before he arrived. I believe the ratings for this company are full of complainers. Hopefully this one will provide a good light on the company. I highly recommend them.

I thought for sure my dishwasher was dead, but Jim T was able to bring it back to life! He even called to confirm if it was ok that he was running ahead of schedule. He was very respectful and explained to me exactly what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. I hope I don’t see him again but if I have any other appliance issues, Diamond will be my first choice.
Not sure why only 1-star reviews, other than people are more likely to leave a bad review than a good one. I was extremely apprehensive after seeing only 1-star, but our service call on our Whirlpool washer could not have gone better. I received a call back from Diamond about an hour after talking with Whirlpool, informing me that they would be out the next day between 2-5pm. The next day, the tech called about 2:30 letting me know he was on his way. He arrived at 3, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes! He was the nicest guy! I would recommend these guys very highly.

As I mentioned at website for Jenn-Air, Jeremy did a great job. He was here about a year ago & repaired our dishwasher. We had a huge chunk of ice inside our refrigerator. Jeremy steamed it away, then removed the real issue of the clog line inside the refrigerator. We couldn’t be more pleased!
