Note: The booking process takes about 2 minutes. A note regarding OOW Repair Costs: Diamond will visit your home to diagnose the issue for a fee of $175. This fee includes the trip and diagnosis time needed to provide you with an estimated cost of repair. Any additional charge for parts or labor will be reviewed with you prior to our technician doing any further work. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the $175 trip and diagnosis fee is due at this time. This happens if a part is not available (uncommon), or if the parts and labor needed are too costly to proceed with the repair.
