Extended Warranty Customers:

If your product is covered by an extended warranty, you must have it dispatched to us by your extended warranty company. We cannot service these products without first receiving written authorization from the provider before scheduling an appointment. To set up a service appointment, contact your dealer or extended warranty company.

Keep in mind that the booking process takes two minutes. If your appliance requires an Out-of-Warranty (OOW) repair, Diamond will come to you and diagnose the issue for $175. This fee includes travel time and the time it takes to inspect, diagnose, and estimate repair costs. You’ll be informed of any additional labor or parts charge before our technician does any further work. If you don’t wish to proceed with the repair, the $175 trip and diagnosis fee is due at this point, regardless of whether a part isn’t available or if parts and labor are too costly.
