Before you start, make sure to have your model and serial number on hand. Most model numbers are found on a tag near the doorway where it closes, but not on the door itself. If it’s in an area that makes it hard to read, try taking a photo with your phone for easy reference.

Extended Warranty Customers
Products covered by an extended warranty must be sent to us by your extended warranty company. We can’t service them without written authorization from your extended warranty company first, before scheduling an appointment. Get in touch with your dealer or extended warranty provider to set up a service appointment.

We specialize in Roper appliance repairs! Note that the booking process takes around two minutes. A note on out-of-warranty (OOW) repair costs: Diamond will come to your home and check your appliance to find out what’s wrong for a fee of $175. This fee covers the diagnostic time needed for providing you with an estimated cost of repair as well as the trip charge. Any extra labor or parts charges will be discussed with you before our technician performs more work. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the $175 trip and diagnosis fee are due at this time -this may happen if the part isn’t available (uncommon), or if parts and labor are too pricey to continue with the repair.
