Extended Warranty Customers
For products covered by an extended warranty, they must be dispatched to us from the extended warranty company. We need written authorization from the provider before we can schedule an appointment. To set up a service appointment, reach out to your dealer or extended warranty company.

If your appliance is Out-of-Warranty (OOW) and needs repairing, Diamond will charge an initial fee of $175. This includes the trip and diagnosis time needed to give you an estimated cost of repair. You’ll be made aware of any extra labor or parts costs before our technician begins work. If you decline the repair at this point, the trip and diagnosis fee is still payable, whether a part isn’t available or if parts and labor are too expensive.
